Practices Assessment
In
4 short weeks, we provide a cost-effective way to
benchmark your operating practices and performance
levels against those of the world-class operations.
Then, we develop a step-by-step Action Plan that
includes:

We
first have you fill out an initial
information
questionnaire
to give us some information about your specific
objectives and concerns regarding your organization
and operation.
On
site, we spend about a week analyzing and observing
operations on all shifts and interviewing plant
personnel. We identify opportunities to:
