High-Performance
Leadership
A one-of-a-kind on-site leadership development
process
for
Plant Supervisors and Managers
Skip
the theory. Learn how to actually apply practical,
high-performance leadership
skills.
The
first-line supervisors role is rapidly
changing. World-class operations require effective
leadership on the shop floor. To meet the
leadership challenges of tomorrow, new skills are
required. This course is designed expressly for
first-line supervisors and their managers in plant
operations who are looking to learn - and apply -
the principles of high-performance leadership to
transform their companies into world-class
organizations.
When
participants return to work after most leadership
training, little of what was learned is
successfully implemented. This process is
different. Developed from 20 years of success in
creating and leading effective supervisor teams,
High-Performance Leadership focuses on practical
application and quick execution on the shop floor.
Rather than an off-the-shelf program that merely
explains the concepts, this is an effective process
for learning to apply them.
Through
lecture/discussion, group activities and case
studies, participants will learn and practice key
high-performance leadership skills in a fun,
supportive environment. The six sequential modules
are designed to be completed over a six month
period, providing adequate time to apply the skills
in the plant environment.
Our
aim is to make this the best leadership workshop
your plant leaders have ever attended.

Best
wishes in your pursuit of World-Class
Operations!
