1. We target an area for improvement
First, we look at the critical processes in your operation to identify opportunities to improve flow, lead time, process reliability and product quality. Finally, we establish specific improvement targets and a timeline for achieving them.

2. We assemble a SWAT team and provide training
Next we deploy a process improvement (SWAT) team and arm them with the knowledge and skills to attack specific problem areas. We discuss
Best Manufacturing Practices to be applied and generate additional improvement ideas for quick implementation.

3. The team implements new methods, ideas and improvements
We work with the team on rapid implementation of improvements, test the new process and measure the results. Within a matter of days or weeks, the area has demonstrated significant improvements in Cost, Quality and Delivery performance.

4. We ensure continuous improvement
